
Firecracker Salmon
For dinner on Friday we had my buddy Todd over. Decided to make salmon, as it had been a while since we did that last. I chose a Firecracker salmon which really got it’s flavor from the balsamic vinegar and ginger. I decided to make a reduction to go with it, which would be very similar, but sweeter. I served it over white rice with a strawberry salad – it was delicious! And on to the recipe!
